Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered a pizza and it said it was out for delivery over an hour ago. I called twice and the manager Elliot just kept saying it will be there and the 40 minutes for delivery I was given online was wrong because online ordering doesn’t know what’s going on in the store. He had no customer service and kept making excuses saying I live to far out. My husband then got on the phone saying we just want a refund and not the pizza and he hung up on my husband so we had to call back to make sure we were getting a refund

The man working tonight or operating the phone has very poor customer service skill first told me he first told me he can’t contact his driver then called back because I entered the address wrong (we just moved) he put me on hold for 7 mins so I hung up called back for the drivers contact info he hung up on me. As a customer that’s just plain rude I ordered my pizza before 7pm it’s now 8:42pm with no pizza and ended up having to get food somewhere else.. just sad 😢

Honestly, this experience was awful. I ordered online and when my papa johns app notified me that my pizza was ready, I went inside. I was told after about 5 minutes that my pizza was made with no cheese (how does that happen?) and they are remaking it. When I came back inside 7 minutes later the girl handed me a pizza box about 2 minutes later. I opened it and some had no cheese! The girl didn't apologize. The guy making the stuff was sweating and going back and forth from cutting the pizza and putting tags on them and doing everything and never washing his hands. I've attached the pizza and even one piece that had no cheese. Thanks for reading. Think twice going to this location.
