Wendy's

We walked to Wendy's from our truck and the first thing is that their dining room doors were locked. It was 915am. We stood at the door and waited as employees inside walked past repeatedly. So then my husband walks around to the drive thru because they didn't respond to a knock on the door. 3 employees stood in the window to talk about whether or not they were even going to open the window to talk to him. They finally said someone would come around and open their door. They finally let him in and then they just continue to ignore him. Way to go to the Manager for setting that kind of unacceptable service for their customers! Yes, she was right there with the group of them. They have a smoke spot right outside their dining room door as you can see in the picture. First thing in the morning and their outside should be clean and ready for a new day.

The food was okay but the fries were not hot and crispy as advertised. Everything was pretty filthy, the food prep surfaces to the lobby, walls and lemonade dispensers, as well as the fake plant vases and the bathrooms. There were 4 employees when we got there and two more arrived shortly after but no one was doing anything. No customers in the drive through and we were the only ones in the lobby, so why was the whole place dirty? The mop was sitting at a table looking like somebody thought about cleaning a spill but changed their mind, it was still sitting there when we left. This location should get it together!
