I do not recommend this place at all. We had an extremely bad experience when we paid our check. We told the waitress to split the check in to three cards and only brought two receipts back but when the third person checked their account they had actually charged the card also.. we were getting over charged $170 😡. When we asked to get the money back they said there wasn’t a manager and that they didnt have passwords to their computers to give refunds back. The waitress was not attentive to our needs.. and the men’s bathroom did not have running water in the sink to wash your hands.

The shrimp is my aguachiles (I asked for cooked shrimp) wasn’t clean at all.. still had the black vein, which is pretty effing nasty. The server never checked up on us, we had to wave her down twice. There is no refills so we had to pay for another soda, there was dirty tables all around us ... people coming in ended up leaving since they were left standing there for over 15 min, the people that did get a table also left after they never came back to take their order. Needles to say this place is over priced.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. My dad loved this place when it was Federal, and he’s a very picky man so when he finds a good quality place, he sticks with it. So when we tried this location, it was complete TRASH. First off, my dad ordered the parrillada and wanted the one with beef and chicken, the waiter failed to ask, which is our fault, not blaming them. Although when they came out with the one with pure seafood, the pulpo on top was completely ROTTEN. My mom and dad both took a bite and are subsequently sick. My mom literally threw up at the table we were sitting at. All they did was a 15% discount. How pathetic. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Their food was complete trash! Don’t waste your money here. There’s no attention to anything except how much lime they’re putting in their food. Crazy stupid amounts of lime to hide that their food is rotten! COMPLETE TRASH!

Everything was ok until the waitress made a sexual joke to me and my husband about the food he ordered. I know she knew I was not happy about it by the expression on my face. Then little boy screamed that he saw a mouse at his feet and it got trapped by the table legs. Then an adult male proceeded to crush the mouse with his foot which was DISGUSTING. Then the cook came out with a broom and a dustpan and picked up the mouse, and then went though the kitchen to throw it away I believe. The blood was there for about ten minutes until another waitress came to mop it up. Definitely not going back.

Service was horrible , the restaurant automacticaly add 15% gratuity . so that give the waiters and staff not care about the service they are giving. Waitress forgot to order some items left a couple of people in our party waiting for 1 hour for food . no water topped off . bathrooms no toilet paper or soap in restrooms..

Went to this restaurant for the very first time and as we walked in the greeter pretty much told us to leave because they only had one cook and a bunch of BS excuses!! Poor customer service! I didn’t get the opportunity to eat there and honestly I won’t be coming back or recommending this place. As you walk in the restaurant smells like bad fish!!
