Santiagos Mexican Restaurant

I'm so sick of this place. All I order is bean and cheese burrito w/half and half chili inside. And EVERYtime the cheese is not melted. I've in the past, taken the time to warm it up in the microwave. Which in itself is an inconvenience because how messy these burritos are. So I've politely started to ask to have the burritos warmed, like simply leaving them on the grill in the foil. Which I get attitude for even asking and then in spite or something a burrito that is again cold and soggy. How ever you manage that ☝

I ordered a Mexican Hamburger with cheese and this is what I got. This looks like an American Hamburger with cheese. Is there supposed to be a difference? Although the burger was good but it was dry with no sauces on it. They gave me one ketchup packet maybe for the fries. I was extremely disappointed. I want the real deal Mexican Hamburger that I think they should comp me the next time.

Quality of the food is good but I've been eating there last few years and I thought it was alot better a couple of years ago but sometimes it is depending on the individual everyone has their preference on certain ways they like Mexican food but I at least try it sometime and see if you like it? Just Don't forget they are closed on Sunday..

Apparently they don’t do chili cheese fries through the drive thru and you have to come inside? Also why do they only do select meats on different? Why’s the menu online and at your restaurant always changing? So inconsistent. Much better Mexican food elsewhere, this is just another mediocre Americanized “Mexican” place

Ordered online and had to wait in line when I got to the building. The was told that my order hadn't even been started. So 20 minutes after when the online order said it would be ready I finally got my food. Not quite sure how this can even be considered online ordering. Also, order was not made as requested. And beef tostada was basically cold, maybe room temp.

Been coming here a long time love the food but today the service was HORRIBLE. I paid for 2 extra salsa's, when I received them two barely had any sauce on them. I love 💕 salsa so I went inside to let them now the salsa cups had barely in it and I would just like another one. The first young lady told me she would have to take the salsa's I already had to give me some more that she claimed would still have barely in anything in them and if I didn't want her to replace the one's I had I would have to buy more. The next gentleman looks at the salsa and then says yeah there's not much on there. He then proceeded to take that salsa throw it away and grab me another one. Why in the holy moly do I have to go through so much to get some actual salsa smh. Highly disappointed in that
