This was the absolute worst experience I have had through ANY drive through in my life. I’m from Houston, meaning most places are MUCH more crowded. I waited 42 minutes to purchase 2 bagels and a ice water. Once pulling up to the window, my husband asked why it took so long, this girl said in the rudest way, “we’re busy,” and then immediately closed the window on me. After waiting another 5-7 minutes… my husband had to walk inside and ask if the bags that were buy the drive through window was ours and she again was so rude. She then took another 3 minutes to even give us our food. Once she gave us our food, I simply asked for her name.. she gave me my bag and literally shut the window in my face and did not respond to me at all. My husband then walked into the store again the girl working the front cashier her name and her name is AMANDA. (Unless that was a lie). She was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever experienced in costumer service. She should be fired and I will NEVER be going back to this location again which is super unfortunate considering I work 5 minutes away. This employee does not represent the business well and is the face of YOUR company. That’s not a good look and by the other MANY reviews… changes need to be had.
And side note: this is the first review I’ve ever felt I had to make. That should tell you something. DISGUSTING and completely DISRESPECTFUL! A simple, “I’m so sorry, we seem to be a little busy this morning,” would have totally changed this entire experience.
Also, I wanted to rate this store ZERO stars but I couldn’t!

The drive-thru crew here was unbelievably awesome! Rather than wait until we got to the window to ask if I would like to replace my drink with something else as they were out of what I wanted, they personally walked out to my car while I was in the line to ask about it, and my husband forgot to ask for no cheese (lactose intolerant) on his sandwich so he asked if he could alter it last second and they didn't even bat an eye and took it off right away. Amazing service.

Love Einstein but I cannot believe how long it takes to get through this drive thru. There is only one lane so don’t stop here if it’s busy because you won’t be able to get out of line. After waiting almost 30 min for 2 bagels we were then asked to tip? Idk about anyone else but I definitely don’t tip at any fast food drive thru.. and we didn’t even get coffee.. 5 star location with 2 star service. Hopefully things change.

Good breakfast sandwich holy hell, slowest service in the drive thru. Moved one car length in 20 minutes, no joke. Absolutely ridiculous. Tried to go inside first and even with an open sign, the doors are locked. Drive thru is only option and at this rate, Ill get my food in over an hour with about 7 cars in front.
You all need to seriously do something about this. I will not be back.
Thought I posted the above 8 months ago. So below is my update now.
Thought I would give a second chance. Still the same. I was 1 of only 2 cars in the drive through and I was there for 20 minutes.
Enough said.

This location has the nicest employees of just about any place I have been in a long time. It is so nice to see that customer service still exists somewhere. The food and drinks are great too, of course.

Had 3 of 4 bagels given at drive thru when we got home that were flat and did not appear to have gone through the whole cooking/baking process, flat, pale, doughy, but after having spent well over 40 minutes in the drive-thru, the drive home and then discover that, no one wanted to go through all that again.

Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches!! I've actually been to a few Einstein Bros. Bagel locations, but by far the best one to me would be the one off of Parker Rd & Quincy in Aurora. The place is clean. The staff is very quick and friendly. A shout out to 'Linda', not only was I greeted when I entered, but when I asked for my egg and bacon to be cooked a little more crispy, there was absolutely no problem with me asking. My food was exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it cooked. It was service with a smile and this store is great with public relations! Thank you to the crew & Linda at Einsteins Bros. Bagels.
