Onion rings were a terrible starter, so greasy, over batterrd and burnt. Killed our appetite. Crab and shrimp boil flavor was delicious but the potatoes were very overcooked, almost mashed. French fries were old tasting. Nice decor and staff was nice and bored.

This place is... interesting. Long story short, if you want decent shellfish and don't care about service, go for it. The food was actually quite good. We both had the lobster special (it was a Monday night deal) and it was very flavorful. We also shared an order of the hush puppies. We really liked the sauce, but would have preferred a dipping cup instead of the drizzle on top. The service was completely opposite. There were 2 servers and it was quite obvious neother wanted to be there. They were slow and didn't seem to know anything about the restaurant. They served each lobster with a pair of scissors. The plastic kind, that doesn't come apart to be cleaned. Both had an odor. Neither worked well. One even broke at the table. I asked for a tool to crack the lobster. The server looked at me like I had 3 heads and pointed out the cheap scissors they'd brought. I asked her to check the kitchen and she (eventually) brought my a crushing tool to crack the claws. Presentation was overall a disappointment. Cheap baskets, lobster served in the boil bag, and the condiment/handwipe/??? basket on the table was a joke. The decor didn't match the restaursnt theme at all, and the restrooms still had the tags from the previous place, which must have been Irish. I don't imagine they'll be around much longer, though, so it probably doesn't matter.

Came here for lunch. The decor is a nice nod to New Orleans' decor. My husband and I were waited on by the chef, a native to New Orleans, and his food proved his authenticity! Order the crab po boy. My husband ordered it and it had a delicious lingering spice to it! I ordered the shrimp, which was good too, but the crab! Best po boy I've had!

We came in on a Monday night for dinner. Our server was extremely polite and attentive the entire time. As we sat down, we watched the manager talk to a table next to us. The family was shouting expletives at the manager and refusing to pay their bill. Even while being continuously screamed at, the manager remained calm and kind, explaining to them that they had to pay their bill because they had eaten everything. Overall, their customer service was above and beyond what I’ve seen in the past. The manager thoroughly apologized to us for the trouble and gave us the entire meal for free. I’ve never experienced such wonderful patience and compassion in the restaurant industry. The food was amazing as well, my family of four enjoyed it thoroughly. I can’t say enough good things about our experience.

I went on my birthday. It was amazing. However, I was told they had $10 lobster Mondays. My friends and I went back a few weeks later and the head chef said it "started next week" alright... We sat down and the prices were confusing. They'd have something that said "served by the pound" then when we asked about it he said "oh that price is only for half a pound." He gave us a small discount because of the lobster confusion thing. Then when my food came my friend got MAYBE 10 shrimp. She ordered a half of a pound. I've made seafood boils at home and I know how much half a shrimp is, she definitely got ripped off. My food was good, but my other friend started to not feel well after her meal. I'm tempted to try their "all you can eat Tuesdays" but because of the whole $10 lobster fiasco I'm wondering if it's legit. The food was good in my opinion but I'm just not sure how much I trust if they have the specials they say they do.

Wish I would’ve checked the reviews before I took my parents and kids here. I walked in and immediately had a bad feeling. The only waitress there was not very friendly or attentive. Food was subpar. I spent over $150 dollars on skinny crab, shrimp and the worst fries I have ever had. The food wasn’t very filling and I asked the waitress to order some more shrimp for my kids and she told me she had to go to another job and I would have to tell the cook myself. What?!?! My 11yr old was so confused as was I! I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I’ve been to a couple crab boils (Angry Crab and Crazy Crab) and have loved both. I had high hopes for this place but was severely let down.

Came here at noon-ish. There were only two people working, the waitress which was taking very sweet time, and ONE cook, who also came out and seated people as the waitress was taking her time explaining everything on the menu when people could just read it on their own. the food took a very long time to come out, about an hour. there weren’t proper materials to open the crab (you were given scissors) for 1/2 pound of snow crab is 13.99 and was 4 very small legs and that’s it, definitely a rip off. fries were cold. not worth it. would not recommend.
