Baskin-robbins

I love Baskin-Robbins! The ice cream is really yummy and there are many flavors to chose from. There are even flavors to fit special dietary needs, like gluten-free. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean. My only criticism is that the space could be larger. The lines can get long, especially on a hot day, making it really crowded and hard to maneuver. All in all, I recommend.

Took my 4 yr old to this location about an hour before closing. Two young employees were working, a male and female. Sadly I feel like there’s this stigma right now about young workers….BUTTTTT…Both were incredibly friendly, customer service was ON POINT!! The gal totally humored my kiddo with some taste tests and silly questions about flavors, then within 60 seconds of her serving him his bubble gum ice cream kids cone, the top half of the cone snapped off and fell face flat on the floor. She GRACIOUSLY offered to get him a new cone and proceeded to serve us the rest of our order with kindness and a genuine smile. Truly wish there was the ability to tip on a credit card receipt but honestly cannot say enough good things about this location and the care we were offered.

I come to this location often because it's close to my house, o get here at 8:35pm 25 mins before they are "supposed" close and doors locked they young lady inside waves me off. I look at the winter time schedule on the window says closes at 9pm. I get closing a few mins early 5,10 maybe but 25,30 mins is not cool. Hope management addresses this to there employees.

The Service was Terrible... the Employees are ALL young females. One female was on the back counter auguring with someone on the phone so inappropriate. It was Free Poplar Pizza 🍕 Day & they didn't make any to give out. 🙃 I wasn't Welcomed in the Store nor was I informed about Events such as the National Ice Cream Family Day Event 🍦
