Burger King

Customer service is dead. These fast food restaurants are dying with it. This was a pretty bad experience from the start. First off let me say I love burger King but this was so bad, I will not be back. The lady was rude when ordering. Didn't say a word at the window. I even said "have a great day" she said "yeah" then we got the food. Fries were good but that's it. My chicken sandwich was hard and rubbery. Tasted very old and stale. Fries were incredibly salty. They didn't have applesauce for my son. Just bad. Won't be back.

Asked for no pickles and I got extra just thrown in the wrapper. Patties weren’t even on the bottom bun. Fries were burnt and unsalted. I give my hard earned money to this establishment for at least decent food and this is what I get. What a joke. Haven’t even tried the chicken sandwich yet and am afraid to.

This Burger King is a joke! They hire children to be managers who have no customer service skills! I went there and they gave me the wrong Burger I get home to discover this. I went back to the store for them rectify the situation and the manager literally handed me a burger and slammed the window in my face right after I said thank you and have a nice day! To me this unacceptable and I don't think that Burger King would like the restaurant to be represented in this way. I recommend that this manager be fired and a new one be hired that has some customer service skills because this child that they hired has none

Ordered 2 of the new Whopper Melts to try them out, they looked good on tv. HA! They were meat and cheese on partially toasted bread. No onions, no sauce. The asked no questions when we ordered at the drive through. Thought these came like the tv ad shows them. We drove home before discovering this, so threw them in the trash. They don't answer the phone, tried multiple times to call, no answer. Don't waste your money here, or at least don't trust the drive through to give you what you order.

My mom and I had tried ordering two whoppers around 9:00am today and was denied for the second time again after making several previous orders of two whoppers around the time of the morning the person that takes orders at the drive thru stated that the grill was “fired up” that’s the reason why she denied our orders so my question is how is the patties, eggs and buns are cooked on to make breakfast sandwiches??? The person that took our orders prior to this was a male and the person that denied us the whoppers was a female so can someone help me uncover this mystery
