Good Jimmy John’s. Often seems understaffed in comparison to their order volume, however quality and service are good. Average online order pickup ready time is around 30 minutes. As well, I’ve gotten delivery from this location before and they were here within 30 minutes as well! As long as you aren’t in a big rush, this place is pretty good!

Had a severe headache from low blood sugar. I came in tonight 5 minutes to close and was still greeted with a handsome smile. The young lady that took my order was very nice, patient and made me a great sandwich. The previous time I came in (3mo ago) was not as great an experience but, this experience made me want to come back more often. Thank you guys! Great workers, please them recognition.

Came to get sandwiches which one was completely incorrect and the manager did not fix it and I did pay for another sandwich which she yold me wasn't her fault the manager who took my order and was beyond rude the other employees made it correct but she didn't. Thank for a great manager who has me running around in a snow storm because she didn't do it correct our even offer our give a recipient for my order from the beginning and different after I came back. But an employee did who made the correct sandwich thank you employees but not the manager!!!

Wow, this location has gone downhill, we are done ordering from here. I order at least once a week for delivery and at this point ill have to order at lunch time in hopes to get delivery by dinner if at all! I placed an order 1 hour and 15 minutes ago and my order is still MIA. I called the number on my order to cancel it and it just rang and no one picked up. I guess ill be disputing this missing food with my credit card and filing a charge back. I could have gone to the grocery store and purchased all ingredients, come home and made a sandwich from scratch much faster than this nonsense.

Yikes. This location is horrible. Save your time and money and order your food somewhere else. We ordered our food online for delivery. Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. We called the store and spoke with manager Kayla who informed us the delivery driver delivered our food to the wrong house (lucky day for them). With no consideration for our customer experience argued with us, and gave one resolution of a refund. Upper management should definitely reevaluate their values.

Absolute Garbage. The bread was overcooked, and by overcooked I mean so hard it hurt my teeth to try to crush through. The sandwiches had barely any meat, requests for additions were completely ignored. They were too lazy to even cut the giant sandwiches. Do yourself a favor and set your hair on fire. It'll be better than these sandwiches.
