Nothing Bundt Cakes

I want to address 2 things about his location:the gluten free cake and the customer service. First, I have Celiacs and get severe reactions/pain from gluten. I was SO nervous about having a cake from a bakery that was not 100% GF. I literally took one small bite and waited 30 minutes. Nothing happened. This was probably the BEST GF cake I've had! It was delicious. They only have one flavor, but it was so nice having the same dessert as everyone else at our party. I didn't have the opportunity to ask them about the precautions they take. But, if you have Celiacs, this place is worth a try.I will definitely go there again. Of course, everyone else at our holiday party absolutely loved their regular cakes. Now, about the customer service. I placed an order for delivery. I waited all day, and the delivery never showed up. When I contacted them, they showed the delivery as being made that morning. I WFH and was there all day getting ready for my family to arrive that night. I called and explained what happened. They *immediately* got another order ready for me and brought it out to me curbside. That is outstanding service.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has such a special place in our organization's culture! We always go to NBC for the festive mini cakes on employees' birthdays and to express gratitude when someone goes above and beyond. The friendly folks behind the counter let you pick out different colors and patterns for ribbons and little signs to customize their cakes. The crowd favorite is usually lemon, but we still haven't tried a flavor that we didn't love. They never disappoint!

Always very friendly service and I’ve been here at least 15 times so far. I love the bundlets! They are the perfect size, perfect price, and are so delicious! Many different flavors to choose from. I’ve tried many, and have never been disappointed. I’m simple so my go-to’s are lemon and confetti. Their cakes are amazing as well, they make great gifts for the office or a loved one. Sign up for their emails and you’ll get coupons and birthday treats! I also have their rewards card so every time you get something they hole punch it.

What great customer service these guys have. My wife went to pick up my birthday cakes and they were closed. Someone drove all the way back to the store and opened the store just for my wife to pick up the order. No one goes out of their way anymore for others and we really do appreciate this. We think this might’ve been the owner but we are not sure but what a blessing this person was in relieving the stress of missing our order.

We showed up within minutes of the store closing which usually results in service consistent of the cashiers tapping their fingers as they wait for you to vacate the premises. That was the polar opposite of what we experienced! They were attentive, friendly, and helpful. It doesn't hurt that the cakes are pretty amazing, too!
