Taco Tico

This was a terrible experience! First since we weren't allowed inside we had to go though the drive thru. That lady taking our order repeated it wrong three to four times. How hard is 3 Sanchez , 2 tacos a taco burger both with green chilli a large Dr. Pepper and large come? We soon found out. We'd been in the road all day when we stopped to eat so yes was disappointing that we were going to eat in the car. After getting our order we parked to eat. The sanchos had green chilli on them, for someone who can't tolerate hot things , it wasn't a good THING. The tacos and taco burger had no sauce on them at all! So back through the drive thru we go. At the window face to face we had to repeat the order again 3-4 times. They took back the sack of food they had first gave us could see them taking the items out of the bag ( NO GLOVES ON MIND YOU!) I do believe they just put sauce on the tacos and handed me back 3 sanchos in one bag and 3 tacos in another. Tacos were COLD! The lady apoliged to us said they were working with a new crew. Now what was order? And what did we get? Then here we go again telling this SAME LADY! Our order again! She went back made a taco burger and we left.... not happy at all ! We i wrapped out food, it looked disgusting! I have pictures if I can figure out a way to post them I will! We just threw it away. Will never go to this taco Tico again! Will tell everyone that will listen just how bad it is! I really hope I can post pics. Might check out web site.
