Phenomenal job! We stopped by during lunch time-well towards the end of lunch and the ladies at drive-thru we're very patient and friendly. They accommodated our order in regards to the promo on the app, very well. Our fries were fresh and so we're the sandwiches. Thank you!!

Swing by here randomly from time to time, staff is pretty friendly. The store is almost always clean or being cleaned. Drive thru can use a little work during peak hours, waited in like for 5 mins 1 car ahead of me at speaker..finally got to speaker to order and asked if I could wait, after 7 mins I drove off. Only an isolated incident so im not holding it against the place, everyone has a bad day once in a while

This place has horrible customer service, I just had a young lady get an awful attitude with me, because she believed they did not have a king Jr Kids meal. Instead of arguing with her I just left. I see why they only have 2 stars on yelp. My advice to Burger King is actually find people who want to work.

Out of Ch'King, had to sub for an original- expected fries or extra sandwich or something to make up for inconvenience, but instead they forgot the Rodeo burger I ordered. 🙄

The one on Washington Rd has a madman as a manager. My husband and I went one night and the manager wasSlamming our food around so husband ask what his problem was and he got angry and pick up a stick and threatened us with it. He also didn give me my change. Called back to complain did no good

I normally don't leave feedbacks but happened 1time to many...Service took a long time... to long for fast food, I'm a vegetarian and my impossible pattie was burned and were fries cold..couldn't finish it...walton way Augusta, Georgia

They need to put more effort into making their sandwiches. I like my cheese on my cheeseburger to be melting on my sandwich, not a cold piece of cheese thrown on a cold burger.
