I had their new spicy chicken sandwich and was delicious 😋. Service is fast and friendly. Food is all hot and ready to serve. One of my all time favs.

Dining room is closed, but it is not listed as closed online. How hard is it to update the store status online? Ordered throught the mobile app and then waited for an hour (not exaggerating) in the drive through. Food was cold by the time I got it. This is just the most recent issue I've had with this location. (3431 wrightsboro rd Augusta, ga). The orders are constantly wrong and the wait for FAST FOOD is longer than if I went to a restaurant for a real burger. Done ordering from Burger King since this is the only one near me... If this is a staffing issue, how about you try paying a decent wage. $9 isn't cutting it these days.

Ordered the bacon king meal and received some kind of old chicken sandwich. Onions rings were also old and the sprite was flat. I was already at my job so I could not turn around to get the correct order. I will never return to this burger king again. EVER!

EPIC FAIL! I have always loved trying the new things that Burger King comes up with, but these tacos are AWFUL! They are over cooked, under flavored, and all around a bad product. I think dog food would be a better "meat substitute byproduct" than whatever mush is inside these things. The consistency of the shell makes less sense than the meat. A hard outer rim with a soggy center. Overall, how do you call this food?

They were personable & apologetic.
But they were not prepared for lunch. Fries were hot & tasty. Sandwiches were wet & iffy at best.

The fries , onion rings, and original chicken sandwiches tasted like old grease. The buns were wet with grease and smashed buns. It was a major disappointment.

Husband and I went by today to grab something to snack on we don't go to fast food often and was quickly reminded WHY we don't go... The food was so nasty onion rings were the only thing that was okay but the rodeo burger the bun was burnt and the mozzarella sticks were so nasty they weren't deep fried they were 100% microwaved, and were so weird looking. Never again will I go to this Burger King.
