Pizza Hut

Me and my husband got delivery last night and the pizzas were delicious and yummy and satisfying and we loved it. I on the other hand, got some fries, they tasted to soft and mushy but they were warm. I didn't really like them and my husband didn't either. We also got a mountain dew and Pepsi. The drinks are good. Why I'm rating this as a 4 star is because of the fries. Do better and cook the fries right how they should be. We waisted 4 dollars. Ridiculous!!! I will never get fries from y'all ever again!!

Ordered 2 pan pizzas and got hand tossed instead. When I called to let them know I was first offered only $5.00 off of my order. After calling back the manager offered me a credit for the full amount. While I appreciate the credit, next time if you don’t have what’s being asked of you let the customer know upfront. Also the hand tossed pizza was gross.

The location has a 100 for cleanliness an then employees were friendly so I give it a 2. The food was Luke warm. The pasta was hard around the rim, and not decent quality at all. The pizza wasn’t fresh. The bread sticks we’re supposed to be cheese an it was almost over cooked or just bad quality or old. They were hard. Literally ate 2 pieces out two medium pizzas. Maybe a quarter of the pasta an one bread stick for a family of 4. An my kids love pizza. Next time we’ll stick to Little Caesar’s. Basic pizza but at least it comes cheesy an served HOT. Worst pizza in a while. Was pretty dissatisfied an it literally went straight in the trash. Wings as well. We did the big box.

I ordered a delivery pizza for a quick lunch for work and this is what I find. I understand things happen but this is the second order in a row that I’ve gotten a pizza with hair cooked into it. My last order was about 2 months ago. The first time wasn’t a big deal because mistakes do happen. But two orders in a row is no longer a mistake, that is negligence. You will not have to worry about me placing an order at this location anymore. If I could rate lower than one star I would.
