The store like all Krystals are closed to in room dining. And only drive thru is available, one would believe with that being said... their job should be much easier. You got one job cook food and be prompt. NOPE! We were in line with 4 other cars in front of us over 30mins. And even when we did get to the window to pay was still to pull up and wait another 10mins for our apple pies were ready. They were excellent I might say but everything else was sat on the counter and got cold and soggy. Also mentioned my military discount where's I received every Krystal I've been to the clerk couldn't have cared less. Poor service and concern for the customers who keep your business going seem to be the norm nowadays. Far and few in between I'm impressed anywhere, infact I'm more apt to be surprised if at all goes well at all.

This location in the day time always has the friendliest service and their team all seem to work well together. I love Krystal hamburgers and I have been coming to this location since 1983. The team their now is great. And the food is always consistent.

Was extremely dissatisfied because I walked there from home for me a breakfast scrambler, just for an employee to tell me that they only take orders in drive thru. If that's the case, how was I able to walk inside the week prior? I walked around there to get some exercise, if I wanted to go thru the drive thru I would've drove. Next time I want a scrambler, I will drive to a different location.

Anytime you go to Krystal during breakfast hour there is a long line. I got a sausage biscuit on a dark biscuit it was the best one I have had in a long time, the biscuit wasn't to thick. You could actually taste the biscuit and sausage with every bite. Keep it up.

Workers were great! Pleasant and efficient. Food was plain and straight forward, like making it at home. Prices were reasonable, not overblown.

So one more I decided to get some breakfast from here an it was absolutely amazing , so Iām like I have got to try it again a different morningā¦ it was not the same Iām getting regular bread toast instead of a biscuit like they low on supplies or something toast burnt sausage taste weird. Itās just a NOmore for me
