I have never been in such a filthy restaurant! It was a little before noon so it wasn’t because they had been too busy to wipe tables or the area around the tea containers. Every table was dirty and I’m not sure what was going on with the floor! Disgusting!

I stopped at Wendy's mainly to try their new crispy french fries. They're about as crispy as a bowl of spaghetti. They were kind of limp and tasted nasty. I could not even finish one order. I got the Dave's double, and was very disappointed. The meat was very dry it had one Frozen looking slice of tomato on it and one little piece of lettuce. Now I remember why I don't eat it Wendy's. The lady who took my order could barely hear me. I couldn't understand the word she said either. I wanted unsweetened iced tea. They do have two tea dispensers, but neither one of them were labeled. All together a disappointing experience.

I order a bacon cheddar burger and got this, i clearly ask for the new cheddar burger not this they did not pay attention too what i ask and I’m very disappointed I felt like i was over charged for something I ask for and I didn’t get. I been waiting too try this forever and now I’m turned off from Wendy’s this is a horrible first experience I been waiting two weeks for this.

My visit is about horrible staff also. The young girl at window needs to be placed somewhere away from people. She never said a word to me, i gave her my card, she gave it back. She gave me the wrong food, i looked in it because the bag was small, told her i ordered a double. The lady next to her made sure i got the correct order. The young girl finally spoke and whe she did she asked for the bag of food that i had touched back and threw it in the trash. Since Covid, i have never experienced a restaurant taking back or touching food that was touched by the customer. She was very rude asking for the food, she said to me "The bag, give it back!"

When I got to the drive thru speaker the man kept talking over me as I was ordering, rudely asking “will that complete your order”, when I approached the window the sprite was not without ice as I asked and he gave me the wrong items and had an attitude when I told him, the staff was too busy playing instead of paying attention to customers, this store needs to do rehires and retraining, I will NOT return to this Wendy’s!! Poor customer service!

Nobody should go to this Wendy's. They are the rudest unprofessional individuals at a fast food restaurant. Especially at the drive-thru ,very short and rude when speaking with customers. Higher up management needs to come down give proper training if they want this Wendy's to thrive.

Just left there and ordered chicken sandwiches and got burgers instead. I DO NOT EAT BEEF NEITHER DOES MY WIFE! This just really upset me bc I should not have to get back in my car and drive across town for chicken sandwiches & I do not like wasting my money.
