That Place Coffee & More

It makes me so sad to see so many bad reviews for this place. It genuinely had a special place in my heart before I realized it closed down. I will say, there were issues with SOME of the staff that was hired. Honestly, I went in there all the time and interacted with them a lot. There were a few that could have an attitude. However, the girls that worked there were very nice if you’d just be nice to them too, so calling the staff rude just says something about you. Also, the products were delicious. The boba tea was my favorite. I watched over time how they’d add a lot more ice to their drinks, but I believe it was just to save money because they probably were not making as much as they needed to keep the place open. If I asked for “light ice” in my drink they would do it with no hesitation. Simple solution. In all honesty, it was an amazing store. What it really needed was a new location and a slight makeover. It had so much potential for success. Probably would have made better business (and better customers based on the people reviewing) if it had moved to Evans.

If 0 star was a option I would give it to Sweet Moments Cafe. Completely, and utterly disappointed by the quality and content of there products. Look at the amount of boba and amount of ice used in these drinks. 75 percent ice 25 percent coffee 0 percent enjoyment. I will never step foot in this establishment again

I only give two stars because the food/beverages are absolutely delicious. however, the staff is more often than not extremely rude and many times we went, they weren’t prepared to provide service. They didn’t have bobas or they didn’t have flavors. it was a recurring issue. We tried sweet moments 10+ times for boba tea and snacks but we stopped going when the staff became completely unbearable. Sad that something as simple as a cafe service can’t even be kind or welcoming to returning customers. We won’t ever go back.

This place is great! Clean, lots of light and color - it's just a happy space. We tried the Bubble Tea (first time ever) and it was delicious. It's not even been a week and I had to go back! I believe all of the Bubble Teas are frappe style - we've tried the green tea, chocolate, NY cheesecake, and taro. Taro is the *best*! Such a unique flavor! The staff are incredibly friendly, wonderful to talk to, and very helpful with suggestions if you don't know what to try first. #bubbleTea #boba

I took my son and daughter in law there because my daughter and I love the Cookies and Cream frappe Boba. Unfortunately, they were out of Cookies and Cream flavor, so I bought 4 frappe Boba's (we were going to take one to my daughter) and when we were in the car, we noticed there was no Boba (tapioca balls) in our drinks. We went back in to tell the worker that she must have forgotten to put in the Boba, but she said they were out the Boba and it would be 40 minutes till the next batch would be ready. So we just had 4 drinks without Boba. The Boba is what makes the drink!
