The young lady was very polite. I was very surprise because the service was less desirable a few months ago. I was please to see that they are taking a good stance on how they want to treat their customers. Keep up the good work.

The guy at drive thru was great I asked for fresh and hot fries and chicken nuggets. That's exactly what I received. I had to wait the lady came and brought me my food and was very kind and said have a good night!

Service was extremely rude. The breakfast menu clearly states meals include a hash brown and small coffee. I was surprised when the cashier handed me a cup for soda. I asked, “doesn’t this come with coffee?” I was told it would be extra and she didn’t know I wanted coffee because I didn’t ask for it. She acted like she was doing me a favor as she served it with a terribly begrudging attitude! (How demanding of me to expect to be served what the menu offers!) It’s McDonald’s- I don’t expect a five star dining experience, but I do expect to be treated with courtesy. Big fail this time, McD’s.

It's a McDonald's, plain and simple. The people were friendly and the food was just exactly as expected. It's not fine dinning but they'll give you that Big Mac the same way every time. Sometimes that's all you want.

Employees are outstanding. All shifts are absolutely friendly,out going,funny,and very knowledgeable about their positions in the work area. I can't think of a better McDonald's I've ever been to.

It was not busy, but took 15-20 minutes to get a single egg McMuffin and a single sausage burrito. Then when I finally got my order the burrito wasn’t even there. Safe to say this is my least favorite McDonald’s in Augusta.

Hearing “our Ice cream machine is down” is somewhat cliche for most McDonald’s, but out of sweet tea?!? This location never ceases to amaze me with not having something I order. Then I order a Sprite instead and it was carbonated water.

I've been to this location twice within 7 days and they "state there Ice Cream Machine is broken"? I left last time without purchasing anything.
This to me is unacceptable -
