Dairy Queen

So, I go to this dairy queen the most because it's the one closet to me, but for some reason everytime I order an oreo mocha fudge blizzard there is never mocha in it! Then the few times it has been its only at the top and barely enough to taste of even tint the vanilla ice cream... it's frustrating because the one on Central never mess up like this, then the few times I've asked them to fix it they charged extra for the mocha. Which i really don't understand because it was the advertised blizzard a few times.

Only why I gave a 3 is bc I enjoyed my blizzard. I will say my experience was not great. Not sure if the manager knows what goes on while away but there is an African American male that is approx 6'2 with plats in his hair. The male is very skinny. The date and time was 5/11 at 710pm. He should be ashamed of his cursing while being up front between the drive thru and front counter were customers can hear him. He was cursing while laughing ( a few "f" bombs were said and I don't give a "f"). I guess this type of conduct comes with the customer service. Smh

I’ve frequented this location for years. Never had a bad meal, their actual food menu is extremely underrated! Best fries in fast food. but the service is questionable sometimes, mainly due to the people they hire. A few years back, there were two gentlemen (a black and a white guy) working at the window and were flirting with me while taking my payment (why it took two men to receive my payment??), all this to say, next day my credit card was hacked for literally every dollar I had in the account. I can’t say for sure it was the cashiers but this was the last place I used the card and I understand people need to create a diversion to copy a card so maybe that’s what happened. Again, I do not blame the establishment for this but just be aware.
