We were traveling and stopped by Krystal for a quick bite before we arrived at our hotel. The manager took our order as was phenomenal! Very friendly and funny. Our food was hot, tasty and met all of our expectations! It was my girlfriend’s first Krystal experience and she loved it!

Their sales pitch is "Fresh, Hot, Small, Square". They need to change their motto and to represent the truth it should say something like "Stale, Cold, Squished, Square-ish". Words cannot describe what my meal looked like within just 2 to 3 minutes of leaving the drive through window. I will show you exactly what I received. You be the judge. I couldn't eat any of it. Could you?This location is a -5 on a scale of 1 to 5.

The food was good. But I didn't expect a $2 debit card fee from such a large company. Especially when I just paid $7 for 24 small slices of cheese! I won't be back anytime soon. I can spend my $50 at a nicer restaurant or two meals at another restaurant instead.

I honestly do not recommend krystals to anyone for the simple fact that,.
their fries are just tossed in the microwave they are never fresh I realize that versus any other fries from any restaurant.
If you realize their fries are soft as hell but they are really hot there's no way they've been fried fresh and they're hot and soft.

Stop at Krystal every time I go to a town that has one.
My favorite corndog hands down. The cornmeal is a little more coarse that most and it gives it a special little crunch.

We went there to get an Icee and what they served us was not an Over, not even a simple frozen Coke. No Icee cup, no Icee flavor, no Icee. False advertisement and listing. We were going to return later, but after this huge disappointment, we did not return.

It was a great first trip. I ordered in the app, and some of my food had toppings I requested to not have, but otherwise it was great.

I've even crystals on my life this is the worst it's ever tasted. Hamburgers are not cooked the same and are either cold or hard.
