I promise you! very very poor customer service. Macaroni and cheese was horrible! and cheese was not melted , cabbage is not seasoned. Fried chicken was over cook. and when I asked to replace my food the young girl told me she couldn’t satisfy me a refund of my money. They had a lot of issues with customers orders.. Who training these young black people? I wouldn’t recommend this place. Smh! Now after posting this review I noticed there’s tons of other bad reviews I should’ve read before going to this restaurant , I try to support but it’s so sad

First and last time visiting this restaurant. The service was very poor,the workers were Hundled around the front counter talking instead of tending to customers. The food came out it was not hot it was cold and felt like it had been sitting under a warmer the mac and cheese was very dry and tasted old we were given soured tea the tea was cloudy looking. They were out of pull pork and I didn't get the price difference between what I ordered and had to choose from. My cabbage tasted like dish detergent as if the pot they cooked it in wasn't properly rinsed. Everyone food had came out except my youngest child so she was waiting 15 minutes for a side of rice and gravy and cabbage. No one came to see if we needed refills on our drinks and I spent $115 for very poor service and food and the peach cobbler was almost like bread pudding it was very nasty. The menu board prices aren't up for everything either so you have to ask prices for certain items on the menu such as the hamburger,chicken tenders and etc. I wouldn't waste my time going to eat here and I hope I don't get food poisoning or sick from the food or the drink. The restaurant itself had a bad odor and the presence of it was not clean.

The mac and cheese was burnt and the cabbage was over cooked and disgusting. The service was very poor and the presence of the restaurant was horrible I was not pleased with this restaurant at all I went around 4 in the afternoon and they had ran out of pull pork so I couldn't get what I wanted. I do not recommend this soul food to anyone my daughter asked for bbq sauce and got something that was conjured up in the back horrible food and service.

Customer Service was great. However, items ordered & paid for were missing from meals. Oxtails were bland and mostly bones (pretty much meatless)and there was a piece of meat in my oxtails that was NOT an oxtail. I ordered Green Beans as a side but received Cabbage. Corn bread was missing from both Oxtail dinners. I had to return back inside do to 2 Banana Puddings missing from my order. However, the workers were extremely friendly and pleasant. I am a Truck Driver who was passing through. I WILL return again in the future to try again. BrimzStonez Trucking.
