Great lunch experience! The customer service was excellent and the food prep was very prompt. The order was accurate and the food tasted great. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and orderly. Hardly any wait time from getting to the line to getting our food. The best part is the sweet tea! If you like sweet tea, this is the place to get a cup or you can get it by the gallon.

Cashier was very nice, she was new but had great customer service. Lots of seating options. Food was delicious! Lots to chose from. Hubby had soup (chicken & dumplings) and is still talking about how good it was, 3 days later. The drinks are a great size! Usually we go through so many refills. Overall great experience we will definitely go again when in the area.

The sandwiches are better than some other famous name sandwich restaurants. The portions are decent, and the ingredients seem fresh. The French Onion soup was delicious, as was the BLT-A. I recommend, and would go more often if it was closer to home.

Have not been to a Mcalister's in over a decade. I decided to give it a try since pregnancy craving has been club sandwiches. My 1st experience consisted of good food, but missing item, and just a rocky start. We were going to still give it another chance as the food was great, and everyone makes mistakes. I spoke with the manager about it and she went way over and beyond than I expected to correct the issue. Went back tonight and everything was absolutely amazing. Very good experience and I 100% recommend.

There is a startlingly wide variety of food available here. Mostly sandwiches, soups and the like, with pleasant surprises like nachos that seem a little out of place.
The salads are MASSIVE!!
The Chef's Salad is a meal unto itself best split between two people if you want room for anything else.
Staff is energetic and friendly, and the service has been great every time we've gone.
