I haven't been to shop at store but I called to confirm store hours and the RUDEST female EVER answered. She sounded very annoyed and inconvenienced. She never even said bye .. I asked how late they were open today, she replied " til midnight" I thanked her and the end. I heard silence! I still plan to go to store. Now I'm just curious to see how I'll get treated and to put a face with the rudeness.

They gouge you with their prices. I bought a .01 mini scale and they charged me… $50!! Same exact scale sells no more than $22 anywhere online and sells for $25 at a normal headshop. I also bought my first rig here a while back and they charged me $75 for a small silicone ooze which costed $25 online!! I get all merchants have to make a profit but these 100% and 300% markups are ridiculous.

They seem to take great pride in how expensive their prices are. The two guys working there aren't great with people and seemed annoyed with simple questions. They take cash, but keep no coins to give you change. When I asked how do I get my change, the one dude had no answer except saying it was the owner's decision. This is the kind of place where if you buy anything at all, it will be the last time you shop there.
