Reviews of Dragon Express

Ordered 6 trays and 4 sides at 8:23PM (SORRY!!!), they told me it'd be ready in 15 minutes and we pulled up, 15 minutes later to a box full of food. We got it home and noticed.... absolutely nothing wrong with the order!! I've been a repeat customer coming back for great quality, great portion size, and all around great people. From a VERY satisfied customer: Thank you!

The owner is very greedy! Wife found a worm on an onion on her plate while eating. His response l'll just remake your order. He said it wasn't his fault. Some times they come on them and I didn't see any at the time. No refund, No sorry! Wife's lunch was ruined along with appetite. This is because they don't wash the vegetables before they cook them.

The food from this place is spectacular and tastes amazing. The shop itself, although relatively unimpressive, is astoundingly clean. The food is well worth the money charged. My favorite menu item is easily the Singapore Rice Noodle dish and the portion is so large that I am full for the rest of the day.

Good food, bad customer service. So sad to write this. Been ordering the delivery for over a year and never had a problem. Food is always good. Tonight we ordered and one 1 out of the 3 meals were delivered. My husband called and all the manager said was she was sorry, and she wouldn't charge the delivery fee again for the rest of our food. We were waiting for an hour to begin with and they said it was going to take another 30 minutes to get our food. I called the manager back and had the worst experience. She acted like I was trying to get a free meal which was nit the case and I even said it several times. She asked what I wanted and I said how about a credit for next time (I didnt specify an amount) or take a little off the Bill. She kept saying over and over she didn't charge us the second delivery fee. Yeah I got that. Then repeatedly asked what I wanted and I repeated myself 3 times and she kept asking and saying she didn't know what I wanted. Then she went off about how my husband said he was fine with everything. Ok yeah you talked to my husband and then I called. You aren't talking to him anymore you are talking to me, and I made how I felt pretty plain to the delivery guy so it wasn't like it was a secret. I told her that I worked customer service for over 10 years in multiple fields and that the situation wasn't right and we needed to be compensated. She then tells me that I should be more understanding and that she can't make me order from them and it was my choice. I've never had such horrible customer service ever. Never have I been in a situation where they don't care for return business. I even requested to speak to her manager and she refused. She went off the phone, spoke I. Spanish for a few minutes and then came back on the line. I don't care how good your food is, if you treat your customers this way, you can keep it.

Needs better delivery service. I saw how many good reviews this place had and wanted to try it out. Plus they had miso soup which is hard to find at places that actually deliver. I called to place an order only to find out they don't deliver. We live less than five miles from the restaurant. So even though most of the reviews say "quick delivery", they fail to mention that unless you live right next to the place you won't be getting any delivery.

Only Chineese in Augusta. This is the only place to eat chineese in all of Augusta GA. I've eaten here at least once a week for five years, and it's always amazing. Cooked fresh when you order it and just how you want it. Extra spicy? just ask. No ham in your ham fried rice? You got it. The egg rolls are awesome. The selection is deep and customer service is always pleasing. I love this place!

Large portions, cheap, and friendly servers.. The portions here are Texas-sized! I have a healthy appetite, not to mention I hadn't had breakfast or lunch by evening time when I walked in, so I downed it with little trouble (can't say the same for my digestive system). Needless to say, I more than broke the morn and eve fast: I demolished it.<br/>The taste was good. It's what I would expect from Americanized Chinese cuisine--fat-, salt-, and sugar-laden, so I wouldn't return every day or even once a week for that matter.<br/>The servers were friendly and the wait for food wasn't long at all.<br/>($48.24 for 4 evening meals + 10-piece chicken plate + 2 iced teas and 2 Cokes + 8-piece cheese wonton plate; $60 with tip. Tip your servers well if you can. Cheap means subsidized--by their low (non-living) wages, among other subsidies.)

BEST CHINESE FOOD AUGUSTA HAS TO OFFER. My husband and I have been stationed here for yeaaars and this is the only place we will go for Chinese after trying many others in this town. They deliver to the base taste is amazing! The sit in is not all that great from the outside or sitting but the food more then makes up for the atmosphere.

Honestly the BEST Restaurant in Augusta. This place may not look like much on the outside but the food is great in quality and quantity.I hate that my husband and I are leaving for Texas, but the four years we have shared with Dragon Express were great. The portion sizes are ridiculously generous, and in time they really remember you as a customer. They will even customize your meals for you. I am a 22yr old Vet of Fort Gordon, and just felt compelled to share an overdue review. They take pride in their food as though it is a piece of their culture. Most slept on place in the CSRA period.
