Lunch today was my first time at Steak-Out and I am so impressed by the fantastic customer service! I did my order online with no troubles or hassles. When I got back to the office to eat, my food was still hot and so delicious, without being bland or over seasoned. I had the chopped steak with mushroom gravy yum yum! I wish I had gotten the employee's name that greeted me; I was greeted by name and felt so welcome and taken care of 😁 I will most certainly be back!

This is the best place in Augusta to eat. Order T-bone steak was made perfect. Took me three hours before I can bring my food home and it was still hot and fresh like it just came out the oven. Customer service was excellent. Was greeted at the door and was made sure everything that I need it was taken care of.

I did an online order today to pick up myself. Website was easy. Food was ready quickly. The staff could not have been nicer. Called me by name and super friendly. Food was great. I will definitely order from them again.

The staff was friendly but they need to have it somewhere that their salads are pre-made instead of freshly made. I ordered the steak salad and the meat was cold. I expected freshly made steak tips for the salad but no, and it doesn't need to cost as much as it does if it's pre-made.

Just ordered 3-Hamburgers & Ribeye sandwich. The delivery was quick and the food was delicious. Never had a bad experience with Steak Out!

We ordered take out from the store directly. The food portions were a little small, but the quality of the food was great overall. We had the mixed grill and I ordered an extra side of shrimp. It was barely enough to feed two people but it was good quality and I would totally come again. The location is clean and the people are friendly also.

Gigi was sooo sweet and professional from taking my order on the phone to greeting me as soon as I came through the door!!!! She made me feel as if I was at a 5 star restaurant!!!!! and the food was delicious!!! I will be back!!!!!

The last 3 times that I have ordered from steak out they have gotten my order wrong. First time they forgot my son’s entire order and only offered to bring him some more food back. By then my son was already asleep. The second time they did not add cheese to a sandwich, but we paid for it and when I called all they could say was, “uh, sorry” then I paid for a shrimp salad and received a salad without any shrimp. Then the lady told me that she wasn’t talking to me anymore and hung up because I was mad. Third times a charm! I literally ordered a SHRIMP SALAD. The cheapest my order has been every time is $60. AND I tip. The least they could do is check the orders. Bad customer service and rude un educated people answering the phones. They offer zero money back for things you pay for that your didn’t receive and the one time I wanted the to bring me the order they forgot it took them an hour and 45 minutes to get it to my house. I live 2.7 miles from the location. Awful in my opinion,
