Applebee's

I wanted to leave a review recognizing a specific employee who did a wonderful job. I called the restaurant yesterday and spoke with the GM who had been with the company for a long time. He advised me the employee I was referring to is a new hire named “Len” or “Lenny.” I want to just say, not only did he pick up immediately after I had been placed on hold for so long previously that I was disconnected, he didn’t try to pass me off to someone else. He immediately answered, took my order, apologized for the wait, and most importantly he paid attention to detail. He repeated back all of our annoying little “well dones” and “extra cheese” instructions. I hung up the phone feeling confident my order was taken correctly. When my husband and I were finished our meal we both simultaneously said the food was extra good tonight. Because he paid attention and followed all of the things we asked for. With employment being so .. irregular right now, it was so nice to receive service from someone who took their job seriously and tried their best. I absolutely wanted to make sure he was recognized for his great work! To sum it up, I highly recommend calling the Audubon Applebees and ordering with Lenny! Also the GM was very friendly and polite as well, he took the time to hear what I had to say, witch was much appreciated!

Good customer service, clean, and comfortable dinning and delicious food.
