Well the drive through is apparently not working but no sign at screen stating that. I had to drive up to the window to find out. Proceed to go inside to order. No one near a grill or at the counter. Seemed like a healthy conversation with 2 to 3 people in the office room. Said hello twice and not one person came to take my order. Even went to the cooler to purchase a drink paid for it and returned to counter and still nothing. Very very poor service.

Drive thru is literally always out of order, then you go in, and NOBODY IS WORKING THERE. Literally, every time I go in NOBODY is there, not in the back office, I could literally walk out back and make my own burger if I wanted and nobody would even know

Absolutely worst place I've ever worked they hid the fact that this store has covid running rampid
Me and my wife had to quit to save our household from catching it but now my newborn and all three of my nephew's( all live with me)
I wouldn't eat here or work here.
The store is gross no one cleans it.

Stopped in to the counter and waiter 10 min- no one comes to help me. Finally I give up and when I leave and find BK employee's right outside the front door having a smoke break? Maybe someone should care about the customers?

One word: avoid. There is a good Dunkin Donuts right across the street.
