My burrito was cold and u forgot my Mac and cheese i understand being short staffed and it still took 15 minutes in a drive through and u guys can serve the waiting customers good u guys should shut down

Yes I just ordered four piece combo chicken dinner, and it was supposed to come with fries and when I arrived home I found that they didn't put fries in the box which I had already paid for. Terrible service. Thanks for ripping me off. And I tried to call their restaurant but no one answered the phone, how convenient.

About as bad as it gets. Person working the drive thru was not properly trained or just didn’t care maybe both. Messed up my order and when they tried to fix it messed it up again. Just plain horrible!

We waited in the drive through line for more than 15 minutes only to find out that they're no longer serving chicken. A Kentucky Fried CHICKEN is no longer serving chicken more than an hour before they close.

If I could give them 0 stars I would they never have anything in-stock literally even normal just chicken they don't have in stock you'll wait literally an hour in drive-thru. Terrible management I go to the one in Worcester 20 minutes longer drive but in and out always have anything you order. Ask for management lessons from that store. Even the webster kfc is better run

Forgot my drink , forgot my sour cream , beef instead of chicken . Sat at drive up screen for a couple minutes while no one is front of me but long line behind me. Not the first time won't be the last either. My gf loves thier food I hate the service.

Ordered pick up. Time for pickup was 12:14. Didn’t get food until 12:45.
