This rest exceed my expectations in every single way. The attention, the quality, the cleanest, everything.. That sauce, the crust, the seasoning it just perfection!!!! The tables, the areas even the restrooms were CLEAN. The prices were fair

I always order online because of the deals I receive via text or email. Those deals typically result in me having more delicious Papa Gino's pizza! Auburn staff is always friendly and quick with the food. Try the sausage and ricotta pizza!

Spent $30 on breadsticks and 2 steak and cheeses for pick up at 7:30pm. Waited the 45 mins. We filled up on the breadsticks and waited until lunch the next day to eat the sandwiches. Both were made wrong. My husband wasn’t going to eat his since it had onions all over it so I called and asked if I could bring back the sandwich from the night before and get it remade. It was plain with extra cheese btw, nothing crazy. The manager told me that he “can’t even look up tickets from the night before.” Although this is probably true, I don’t understand how that is my problem. I never send back stuff but when someone else can’t even have a meal after spending $11 on a sub, it’s frustrating. I know it’s not cut and dry because it was the night before but I didn’t realize I needed to inspect my food before saving it for later.

Most disgusting pizza ever! There was more cheese and sauce on the box than on the dough and I eat in. Cashier was not such a delight, won't go back again.

Ordered a lg extra sauce & extra cheese and was very disappointed 😞 Papa Gino's is my absolute favorite pizza, the one I grew up on; the flavors of their sauce and 3 cheese blend are perfect, when my pizza is executed correctly it is the best, when its not, I get very disappointed and just want to throw it away, just like when your morning coffee is made wrong, it can ruin your whole day.
The picture below is what I received, if that's extra sauce and cheese, someone needs to go back to pie making school, such a disappointing product.
Don't know if I'll frequent that store anymore. 🤷♀️

So far my best experience at Papa Gino's. Food was hot, employees were all very helpful and friendly. Delicious pizza. Always will stop here on my way through Mass for the amazing cornmeal crust pizzas. 🍕 🍕 🍕

Just got ignored and hung up on by this establishment not worth the aggravation of dealing with the poor customer service at this location.
