It was my favorite fast food place, last few times I have been there the food has went down hill. Buns are stale, no sauce on fish, fries are cold and no straws today. I absolutely HATE the boxes, use to like the wrappers much better so you could hold the sandwich in the paper with dirty, germie hands. I realize help is hard to get so I won't commit about that. Please go back to the way you were!

This place was not busy at all when we went through drive-thru food was cold wife got BBQ sandwich and she said that it was good. she said the cold slaw was dry and no flavor except for cabbage taste. I ordered their hamburger it was cold too worried onion rings for 349 and got five little onion rings not worth the money at all I wouldn't recommend this place penguin point used to be a nice place to eat not this one.

I ordered my food. Paid. They told me it would be just a few minutes. After a few minutes, they asked to move up and park. I literally fell asleep waiting on my food. The guy brought my food and banged on my window like he was the police. Food was cold and I didn't get a straw. Speaking of which, I got my pop right away at window and pop was nice and flat by thr time I got food and straw. Won't be back.

We drove 3 hours just to have a delicious Wally Burger. I don't understand why there are not penguin points everywhere because it is the best restaurant on the planet.

Guys working their right now should all be fired ! So I order a tenderloin, minus the cheese, add tomato, and extra walley sauce. And I get a cold bun, cold tenderloin, a piece of cold cheese. And we had to sit and wait 5 minutes to order and 10 minutes for the food, no one was in front of us. That place is so bad, they need to just close it down.

Disappointed yesterday! Service was poor and food was horrible. Only car in drive through and I waited way to long. The sandwiches were cold, the buns were stale and when they gave us our drinks I realized we had no straws. So I waved at employee to come to window. He ignored me and continued to eat his food at the counter instead. Which was French fries and ice cream. Finally got him to come window and told him all I needed was straws. He said…. We don’t have any, I said would have been nice if someone told me that. This place needs adults on duty to manage the children they have employed.

I am only giving a 2 instead of a 1 because the drive thru service itself was good, nice workers. Happened to be near by, thought we'd grab a nostalgic bite to eat. Huge mistake. The food was so lackluster I cannot imagine who would rate this higher than a 3. Wally burger was all bread, paper thin patties of meat, very dry. The only redeeming quality of the tenderloin sandwich was the sauce... really good tartar sauce, but made me think I was eating a fish sandwich. :) The fries were lukewarm and flavorless. Barq's Red Cream Soda was great though! All in all I have no idea how this chain can stay in business these days. That food may have passed muster in the 80's, but not any more. $17 for 2 forgettable sandwiches, 2 mediocre fries, and 2 sodas? Ouch.
