7-eleven

Really easy going staff. It's a relatively busy 7-11. During the day it can get packed but they always make sure to have their shelves stocked. They're almost never out of what you want. I've lived by 7-11s that were always out of ur stuff. And the staff has always been friendly to me. If you've read a review that says otherwise, chances are that person was being an entitled, insufferable, douch and that's why their interaction panned out negative.

Love that rewards app! Most usually a good experience considering most people are just in and out of here with a quickness, and the more often you go the more familiar you become with staff... Most of whom are great. But not on the night crew necessarily... Because they apparently forget what customer service is.Especially when they're too busy talking amongst themselves and having the nerve to give customers attitude for interrupting their conversation in their lives language....

The worker who works night shift every night is a complete A-Hole! & is rude to customers. I went in there one night to get a pizza & he told me that he couldn't make it because he was cleaning & making coffe . So I asked him when can you make it & he said after 4:30. So a couple nights later I go in there & its after 4:30 & get a pizza & once again he tells me that he can't make it because he's cleaning & I'm like you told me last time you could after 4:30 & he still said no & I'm like then why did you tell me last time that you could after 4:30? & so I'm like whatever & so I go to get something else & he walks up to me like "do you have a problem? You can get out & not come back" & I'm like all I was saying is last time you told me you could after 4:30 & its after 4:30 & he says "don't tell me how to do my job" & I'm like your job is to help the customers" (mind you I was the only one in the store) & so I get a hot pocket & leave. I go in there tonight & get something to drink & a snack & waiting at the counter for like a minute before he finally realizes I'm standing there & then tells me I can't be there & I need to leave because my language was to much last time (also mind you I didn't cuss at him one time at all). So I'm like "so I can't buy this stuff" & he's like "no you need to leave you can't come back". So I pretty much just got kicked out of the 7-11 because I asked the worker to make me a pizza which he said he could after 4:30 & he's just to lazy & doesn't feel like it. So I can't go back there at night now. Also one night I was outside smoking a cigarette & so was he cuz he asked me for one. & this lady walks up & he said to her "I'm on break" & she said "I just need to get something I'm bleeding" (she was on her period) & he said to her "don't you know what break is, I'm on break" & wouldn't let her go inside & told her to leave. Worst customer service I've ever experienced & needs to be fired immediately!!! He's rude to everyone all the time & I go there very frequently so I see how he is with other customers.
