Had the Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Espresso Shaken and it was very good, I'd recommend it. The service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be going back to have it again.

The Starbucks app shows that this store offers in-store and drive-thru pickup, so we made an online order for in-store pickup. When we arrived, we were greeted with a sign on the door that said the lobby was closed. We thought about going through the drive-thru, but the line was too long and we had an appointment to keep. We were unable to get our drink, but I was charged in the app.
This location needs to edit what’s listed in the app so that others don’t run into this issue.

i hate this starbucks. i don't know who's fault is that, but you can NEVER count on this one. you can never guess whether it will be opened or not. every other time they have a sign "lobby closed" and most of these times even a mobile order would be turned off. today they had this sign with a mark "until 3pm". okay. came at 6pm and they still had this sign and their manager told me they were "still unable to take mobile orders" even tho in app it was turned on. so i don't know and i don't even want to know whose fault it is that this starbucks is almost ALWAYS closed, but this is SO annoying and unprofessional. i don't have a car so this starbucks is not opened for me??? bulls**t. also red haired girl is really rude

I was in semi and they were only doing drive thru girl was very nice to help me get me what I needed not like other places they would reject you. Thank you Starbucks staff keep up the great work.

The new lady working there on her first day on the job did a great job. Very courteous and friendly. I had a lil mix up on my drink & she apologized letting me know it's her first day. She consulted her mngr and I left a happy customer. Her name started with the letter A.

Not open, paper signs posted saying they have "changed their operating hours". Sounds to me like the manager of this location needs to be fired. This is a busy spot by the outlet mall. Unacceptable Starbucks!

There display case is disgusting full fruit flies. They claim to clean it out daily but they don't it's really gross.
