Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered online with a 4:15 pickup. Got there, 2 cars ahead of me, waited over HALF AN HOUR to get to the window. Excuse from the manager was they were understaffed. Then why not post a sign or go out occasionally and explain to me and the other 18 cars in line. Apparently this is not a concern for them. Saw 8 or 9 people in the window area, so not believing the story. Lots of other choices in the area. Chipotle needs to use some common sense...

If you’re a DoorDash driver, prepare to wait over an hour as you mindlessly watch people come in, order their food in line, and walk out in under 10 minutes while you sit there wondering why you can’t just go through the line and get the orders yourself that way. I don’t even understand the system they have going on. They obviously have a dedicated team of people working on delivery orders in the back and they still take forever.

I've only ever had bad experiences at this Chipotle. The service is usually extremely slow and bad. The food doesn't taste or look fresh and is usually close to cold whenever its served. I enjoy Chipotle in general, but definitely avoid this one if you can help it. It's such a shame really, especially since it's so close to campus.

Went here because the one on campus was closed not only was I told they were out of chicken and steak they wait until I order a bowl and burrito get all toppings then tell me they are out of cheese was willing to wait but was told first shift didn't clean the cheese grater so we wouldn't be able to get cheese. Also stood in line almost a half hour before because it was busy that didn't bother me the cheese thing borrowed me. And others in line I love chipotle and do not like to complain but she could of told me they were out of cheese when she said they were out of steak and chicken because I would of just left if I had been told

Worst location. This is not it. Multiple orders I have purchased were wrong. Either not including veggies or lettuce or giving the wrong meat. They also use door dash so you better expect to get the order delivered an hour past when it’s scheduled to arrive. Also, when my food is delivered, most of the time it’s cold.

This Chipotle is right off campus, so it’s often busy. I would understand if this delayed things 10-15 minutes, but my food is regularly delayed 45 min-1 hour. My last order had plain tomatoes instead of pico, and a long HAIR. Most of the time the food is fine, but when it’s wrong, it’s WRONG. Save yourself some time and money and skip this Chipotle.
