Auburn Diner

The hidden gem of Auburn! Stopped in last week with my family which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The staff made me feel like family even though it was my first time visiting…wow! The overall staff are wonderful in all categories. On top of the excellent service, the food was just great!! Tried the hot Turkey and loved it. Fries were tasty too. Menu has a variety of options I look forward to trying again soon! Highly recommend stopping here, you won’t regret it 🙏

It was Sunday morning chaos, and we loved it. The place was packed. People were waiting inside and outside at BOTH entrances. The phone kept ringing with requests for takeout orders (one hour wait?). The kitchen was running behind, and that certainly cost them some business that morning. But the staff kept hustling — and smiling! We watched it all from the two counter seats by the front entrance register. It was a blast!

I'm excited to share my experience at the Auburn Diner. This place is an old-school destination that's been serving up familiar American grub for years, and let me tell you, it does not disappoint! One of the highlights of my visit was definitely the all-day breakfast menu. If you're a breakfast lover like me, you'll be in heaven here. I opted for the Big American Breakfast, and let me just say, it lived up to its name. The plate was piled high with fluffy pancakes, ham, crispy bacon, savory sausage links and home fries. And let's not forget about the buttery toast that was the perfect vehicle for soaking up all that delicious yolk from the poached eggs. Yum! But what really sets this place apart is the cozy setup. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was transported back in time to a simpler era. This is a local favorite, packed with people. The nostalgic vibe and the friendly staff make you feel right at home. Auburn Diner is perfect for anyone looking for a hearty, delicious breakfast in a charming setting. You won't be disappointed!

I’m sitting here now on my second visit. I typically only rate exceptionally good and exceptionally bad service on here. This place would score ten stars if I could give it to them. The service is incredible, the staff are friendly, the food is some of the best diner food I’ve had, and they seem to have a good, older crowd of people patronizing them. It’s the epitome of a diner. I’ll be coming here every time I visit Auburn. One more thing - the food comes out almost immediately no matter how busy they are and the prices resemble a good economy even though we don’t have that luxury at this time. This place is a small slice of heaven.
