Ice cream is descent. However it would be nice to have somewhere to sit and enjoy the ice cream with the kids. We are out of the dark ages already. Everything is open without restrictions. Lacking hospitality in my opinion. Plenty of more options to choose from in town that welcome their guests in.

It's always been my favorite place to eat ice cream. I also love their banana, strawberry smoothies! I recommend going there during the summer time! You won't be disappointed!

Why is it that online it shows that the store closes at 10:00pm while the workers there close at 9:00 or earlier? If they are supposed to close at 9:00 change the online hours. This is also the second time that we go there and its closed early. I would like the ACTUAL hours.

The place is ALWAYS clean. The staff is usually very helpful and friendly. There are a couple of people that would LOVE to be somewhere else BUT you find that in every industry that there is. The icecream is the BEST & the cakes are off the hook. They are not as expensive as people think. So the next time you WANT, NEED OR JUST HAVE TO HAVE A TREAT go over & try it out. They have drinks and icecream for everyone even if you're watching your calories.

Poor service at Baskin Robbins! My server dropped the best part of my sundae (the cherry) and did not replace it. She tossed my kid's ice cream at her. Bad customer service

Service I experienced was a zero. Yesenia was rude, had no patience with my “5year old” and attempted to make a Sundae overflowing with fudge...honestly there wasn’t even ice cream inside. I have better experience at the Merced location.

Online the closing time said 10 pm. When I showed up at 8:55 pm, the door was unlocked. We started to walk in and were immediately told they were closed. I said, "Its not 9 pm yet." The worker said, "No one has been her the last 15 minutes and we've shut it all down."
The online hours need to be changed. Also, if the business hours say a specific time, that should be honored!!! All we wanted was a prepackaged ice cream.
