Worst customer service ever GM liked to argue and say customers arnt right . Even tho i have been going there for a while they continue to mess up my order everytime , i am either always missing something or something isnt right. I found like 7 hairs in my food , yes i counted them it was disgusting, then proceeded to keep telling me to check my bag when i shouldnt have too yes i do sometimes bur they are equipped with screens that tell you the amount of items and what items are in there . People mess up i get it but everytime i go ? Also Gm doesnt pick up phone at all likes to be on his phone instead .

I’m giving 5 stars for the service I received today. I was on my way to Atwater to visit family and I stopped at Livingston Taco Bell. It wasn’t until after I was in Atwater that I realized they messed up my daughter’s food. So I went to Atwater Taco Bell to order her new food. I left and got to my family’s house when I realized I was given the wrong food. I drove back, angry, and walked into the restaurant with my incorrect food and receipt. I was immediately acknowledged by a man who was busy working on something with the soda machines. He could tell I wasn’t happy and already knew what had happened before I even spoke. He immediately acknowledged the mistake, asked for my food to be remade and offered me a soda for my troubles. I actually decline the drink because I was so pleased with the service on correcting the mistake. Thank you Ryan for your kindness and for getting me taken care of quickly. I wish there were more people like you working in customer service.

Went today to order some food with my kids & my kids were being playful with each other while I was ordering food. My English isn’t the best but I always try my best & I saw an Indian lady that works here make fun of me while I was trying to order. I chose to ignore the ignorance. When it came to pickup my order , she specifically looked in my direction & started laughing at me. She was making fun of me to her other co workers. I didn’t say anything because my kids were with me but I’m absolutely disgusted .
