Chipotle Mexican Grill

***Edit Dec. 2021 - Ever since around 2020 they have not been filling the bowls nearly as much. In fact one bowl is now just one serving for me instead of 2. It must have to do with the pandemic and saving money for the company. Also my most recent order was missing the corn salsa. For these reasons, I’ve reduced my rating to 4 stars. **Original - I usually order on the app for pickup and my order is always correct and ready on time. My signature burrito bowl is one of my favorite meals of all time. I get the veggie bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, guacamole, roasted chili corn salsa (which isn’t too spicy), sour cream, and romaine lettuce(which isn’t shown in photo as I forgot to get it that day). Anyone who I share it with is always pleasantly surprised b/c who knew vegetarian food could taste so good! One bowl is 2 servings for me. ~Please click like on my review if you found this helpful!

Went to Chipotle and WOW what a horrible place and horrible food. Asked the gentleman that I wanted 2 veggie bowls the rice part was fine but when it came to the condiments nothing was there almost empty Black beans were super low, fajitas nothing was there looked so horrible, tofu was super dry, no cheese he was scraping to find the cheese, lettuce was at the bottoms with few leaves. I got the chips super stale and salty. When the bowls were made he didn’t even have lids to the cover the bowl he used aluminum foil. Waited 15 minutes to pay for the food. I got home in 5 minutes and started eating the food SUPER COLD AND VERY BAD. I ended up throwing it all away it was that horrible. If your thinking about eating at this Chipotle please think twice I will never return to this location at all.

Ordered cubed steak tacos and was not given a receipt. When we got home it had no meat. When I called to complain I was told the receipt shows we ordered veggie tacos. I’m sorry but if we ordered veggie tacos why are there no veggies in this? Disappointing to say the least. I may not have paid for meat but dinner was ruined. Who would pay money for what’s in these tacos?
