Ice cream was good but service not so much. Only 1 kid working so it was definitely slow which wasn’t his fault but to show up by myself order 4 things and be handed all 4 things no tray for the shakes, no lids on any of them, ice cream had 0 of the 2 toppings requested, and when I asked for the lids was then tossed two lids on the dirty outdoor counter top. Also to be given flat lids for shakes that had mounds of whip cream and cherries even though I could clearly see dome shaped cup lids right behind him seemed a little ridiculous. Ended up with ice cream all over my hands along with my cupholders and Seats from all the overflow leaking. On my first visit I can safely say I will not return.

Obviously the number one reason I love this place is because it has🍦, Del's lemonade and a variety of other summer time faves! It would be a 5 but lately it's been a 4... I have been deprived the past three times that I have arrived No supply for the main ingredient 🍌 for my split It does bring me down for a moment I must admit I pull myself together and order my alternate The staff, the service, and the atmosphere are sweet But what really takes it from average for me and my fam to over the top & unique Is the rare opportunity to take a time out of life enjoy a warm sunny day is the outside dining option just grab a seat They put it all together just right which is why a visit here is a simple yet exceptional way 2 experience an amazing treat Written FYI by K Roy-Pages hoping to help all who read this piece of positive critique

Lemonade is great cashier not good at all. My total came to $6.38 I gave the lady a $20 and two ones. I wanted a $10 & 5. I'm trying to get rid of ones. She handed me $13 back. When I told her that wasn't right she told me she put it in the draw as a tip. Like there's not a huge can that's there for tips. Kids these days if there's not a computer to tell them the answer they have no idea
