Wendy's

Dinner at 807pm. Worst Wendy's ever. Stood in line for 23 minutes before we were acknowledged by staff (we were 1st in line) They were taking care of drive thru orders. A person from door dash came in to get an order and it wasn't ready either. A person in drive they was told to pull over to the side and the driver came in and said she's been sitting 35 minutes off to the side for her order. Manager made a comment that there was an issue with the French fries and would get to her soon. Well from the time we walked in to the time we got our meals (2 value meals) was 44 minutes. The dining area was disgusting with trash overflowed and fluids on the floor. Don't know if we got food poisoning but 30 minutes later both of us has sever gastrointestinal issues. This location is the worst of the worst.

The service at night just seems to be going down hill as time goes on. The miscommunication and issues of mistaken orders. And now 3 times in 3 weeks the place has decided to just up and close at 10 o clock. A sign up somewhere on the building or the drive thru would be nice. Just terrible customer service.

There was no wait at the front counter at dinner time. The girl was friendly and quick. Our food was ready in minutes and was made correctly. This is an older style Wendy's which still has carpeted flooring. The coke freestyle machine here just like at other Wendy's spits out quite a bit and sometimes covers your hand. That was the only complaint I have. Would visit again.
