Fantastic service, I placed a big order and they not only got it right but it was hot and fresh. I paid for the debit card but I had cash ready for the tip. To be honest, my car hopper did not get a tip because she just kind of threw the food at me. But it was all there and it wasn't messed up so kudos to the chef, and curbside training needed for your car hoppers still worth 5 stars, especially in today's world. People just don't care

The food and service was good I have no complaints. It's usually pretty quick when you get your food and the girls are really nice that work there. Maybe the three star because it's fast food not really healthy and there's always room to grow. Even for a corporation.

My shake was very good, I just wish Sonic would get the big straws like Jack's and Steak and Shake uses for their milkshakes. It would be so much easier to drink

Stopped by to get a couple of shakes, about 810pm. and it was fairly busy. After pushing the red button we waited over 15 mins. without anyone taking our order. We were asked by the waiter 3 different times if we ordered the items she was carrying. 3 times "No maam" they were very unorganized this night...all the emplyees aeemed very confused....waited a few more minutes then left and went next door to Jacks for a shake.....that took about 5 minutes from order to leaving....guess its hard to get good help right now...

Waited 25 mins for a Sonic Blast and never received it. I even called them back and they said it would be right out. When pulling off I could see 5 employees standing around doing nothing. Management needs to make some major changes!

I like the food, but there seems to be an issue with the audio receiver when placing orders, because I almost always have to repeat my order to ensure it's correct. Other than that everything is okay.

Stalls to park in, and order from, are way too small! F-150 I drive is almost big enough to hit signs on both sides, and was long enough to stick out in the driveway. Food was fresh and hot, made to order correctly, but just a little sloppy when opened. Overall a good meal on the run.
