The restaurant was very clean inside and out. Drive thru was busy so we went inside where it was empty. Did not seemed to be too short staffed. Associate seemed very nonchalant and just took my order without a greeting or a thank you.
Regular Hamburger ($1.69) was hot and juicy. Good value for the price.
The Crispy Chicken Salad was wonderful! Shredded lettuce with cheese, bacon, tomatoes and loads of crispy chicken.
I would recommend this restaurant if you like Jacks food.

Drive thru speaker is broken. Sat in line for 35+ min!!!! Totally NOT acceptable! Several customers sat for over 20 min and left. Here lately the biscuits are so crumbly they fall apart before you get them eaten. Think I'm going to try Hardee's. It's a little further but beats sitting in the drive thru line for so long. They're biscuits used to be great 😃. Gonna give them a try.

Just stopped by for 2 quick shakes, chocolate expresso....could have been mixed better....lots of yummy chunks at the bottom....but it was really goooooddd...😃🤤

Nothing beats Jack's breakfast menu! Big Breakfast Sandwiches are GREAT! Super friendly people, had a short, but great conversation with the lady at the counter, lots of fun....

First Timer and will be back! From Atlanta and we don't have Jack's which is a shame. Biscuits good enough to make you wanna slap your Mama!

Was a little surprised with a 20 minute wait for three chicken sandwiches tonight. That being said, the staff was friendly and informative about the wait. Still love Jacks!!

Went to try the new fried green tomato BLT. The MANAGER that took our order didn’t ring our order up correctly the young girl at the window had to fix it. Manager was not friendly. When we got home with our food the bread was stale, the bacon was burned, and there was no lettuce. And my daughter my daughters soda was carbonated water. I was also charged an extra 1.99 for a regular fry that I didn’t order!!
