Taco Bell

If I could give zero stars I would. First I have a family of 6 to feed, I go through the drive thru because the inside was closed. While ordering my food the lady taking my order after every item she’s saying are you done!!!!! I say no I have a big order I order another item the lady in the background says oh my god!!! So I end my order without even ordering everything that was needed. I get to the window and the cashier mikayla at the window was talking about me so loud calling me names. Then drops one of my drinks all inside and outside my car. After I get a drink remade we sat and waited on food while listening to all the employees laughing and cussing and carrying on. Then she says if this B drops this bag of food I’m going to beat her A. I then get the food call the manager Mike he says he can’t do anything for me. Then I get home and the food is all smashed together and nasty. I will never go back again they should be ashamed.

Had some issues at this taco bell the other night and the manager called me today to talk about what happened and gave me a credit for the next time we go. Very good customer service and the staff is getting better here. Just make sure you check your bag before you leave to be sure all of your items are in there!

The worst Taco Bell I have been to. Woman could barely take an order. Doesn't warn us they are out of forks and we get food that needs forks. Friend ordered two chicken tacos and there was maybe three pieces of chicken and a little shredded cheese. No paper towels in bathroom. No napkins in the dining area. Soda didn't work in dining area, just pure carbonation. Out of diet baja blast and diet Mountain dew in the back and to conserve drinks (I bet) they filled our cups with pure ice to the max. I had a few sips and it was gone. Like dang, do y'all have anything in stock?

If I could put 0 stars I would.. ! Horrible customer service, for someone who works in customer service I came very close to calling corporate, the girl at the window/doing orders, and we couldn’t understand her when she spoke due to not speaking up, got our order wrong, gave a small drink and we asked for a large, got an attitude with us over the drink size mishap, I am very disappointed in this Taco Bell especially it being across from a casino! I love Taco Bell so much, but this Taco Bell needs a staff sweep! I do not appreciate being given an attitude just because someone didn’t want to come into work today.

I order inside. Basic order cheesy gordita crunch, 2 Mexican pizza's, and potatoes. I waited over 25 minutes, watched the employees standing around not doing much, watched about 20 cars go through the drive through and get thier food... Finally at the 25 minute mark I asked for my money back. Horrible experience, horrible management
