Arby's

I ordered the steakhouse burger combo through door dash. The hamburger had to have been sitting for at least a couple of hours. The bun was hard. The fries had so much salt they couldn't be eaten. The only item that I could enjoy was the strawberry lemonade which was very good. I paid $20.00 for a cold nice cup of lemonade. Never again!

Worst place ever! The people there don't care about much. We ordered loaded fries and got machine parts in our food! Upon calling to inform them I get from the manager that I needed to be careful with that and there would probably be more parts in other peoples food. Real nasty place. Unconcerned employees. Cold food. And machine parts.

3 rd time eaton at Arby's in Atmore . First time disaster, it was HORRIBLE, incompetent employees,food was terrible didn't even look right! Second time didn't get the order correct ( can happen to anybody) ,but 4 times they didn't like it when I had to complain to get it right, like it was my fault. They did not want to give me some of the Arbys sauce packets. Then told me they were out ,ask another employee she reached down and gave me 4 . Who is running this place ? Question is ,is anybody . 3rd time today, didn't get the drinks right, got that fixed then it was no Arby's sauce in bag ( we did ask ). Had to go back,get in line and wait to get sauce. Then we left . Got our sandwiches, and fries out . They had put old fries in bottom of container, good fries on top ,freind with me got almost all old fries, ( when I say old I mean hard rubber old ) .If they are consistently this incompetent, how clean is this store ! Other Arby's stores are not like this need fire manager,and probably district manager.

The worst food I’ve ever gotten from Arby’s. The fries were cold and the chicken on my sandwich was burnt and with it being drive threw only my mom had to knock on the door and it took 20 mins to make a new one and it still had bad tomatoes and brown lettuce. Also while we were there a man had an issue with getting his food through the drive threw he had ordered 4 meals and only 1 came out and they were refusing to give him his food or his money because they didn’t give him the recipe even though he was showing on his bank card that he spent $30. I will never go back and maybe I can save someone else there time and money.
