Cafe Roma

Been eating brunch here for 7 years. Usually have the breakfast buffet. I think it's $20 but if you're a regular at Caesar's it's likely a BOGO or totally comped. Good food for a buffet and they keep the line stocked very well. Eggs to order included. Menu choices are very good as well. $5 mimos or bloody's. Nice way to start your day at Caesar's.

The food is very good, lots of variety to choose from. The scrambled eggs were excellent, not too dry like some places, and the right mixture of cheese mixed in. The bacon was great, nice and thick and cooked to crispy. I really liked the small pancakes with fruit filling - not overly sweet. The omelet station with carved ham was moving a bit slow with only one person behind the counter, so I passed, but my mother-in-law had a made to order omelet and ham and said they were delicious. We are going back again this morning. The service did seem to be a little slower here than in some other places, so sometimes had to wait for plates to be cleared.
