My wife and I went to B Prime for Thanksgiving
I ordered Prime rib, and she ordered the same
The waiter returned and stated that they were out of Prime rib, but they would upgrade us to two Delmonico steaks. The dinner came with two huge salads and delicious warm rolls and desserts of chocolate cake or cheese cake. The food was very good. Management was excellent along with the servers.
These reviews about the service do not match our experience. We ate there twice in the weekend, no reservations either time. One time we sat in the main dining area, second time we sat on a big comfy red couch in the bar. Sangria was delicious, large enough to share. Clase azul Margaritas were stellar. Lobster bisque was DELICIOUS. It’s the reason we came back again. We also had the cheese bread on the first visit. Also yummy. Rib cap, NY strip, and chateau we’re all excellent cuts of meat and cooked PERFECTLY medium rare from tip to tip. Mashed potatoes were whipped wildly. The consistency was insane, so so so so good. The service was amazing. They don’t bother you a ton, it’s similar to a European experience. They let you enjoy the food and ambiance, but are available if needed. I would highly recommend. We also tried the other “steakhouse” and it was not nearly as comfortable, flavorful, or high-end as B Prime. We’ll be back!
I don't understand the negative reviews. I am confident they are being written by nearby competitors or a disgruntled previous Bobby Flay partner/owner/employee. I'm glad I ignored them. The service is impeccable. All servers were patient and treated you with respect. Our server even suggested we were ordering too much food at one point, which is rarely heard of these days. The truffle mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, loaded baked potato, crab cakes, and coconut shrimp were amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The kiwi drink was well made. The ambiance felt romantic, yet lively, just like Bobby Flay was. The prices were on par with the rest of the steakhouses. I will definitely be returning and recommending this wonderful establishment to all of my friends and family.
My all time favorite steakhouse in AC. We go back a decade ago when it was just opening up as Bobby Flays.
My wife ordered the scallops while I ordered their signature steak. Both were cooked to perfection. You can tell the waiters are long time employees - perfect for the job when describing the menu and making recommendations.
My wife and I have eaten at almost every steakhouse in AC and would rate this one towards the top without a doubt.
I noticed some negative reviews on here, which I can’t explain because for us this was an exceptional restaurant.
My husband and I are currently staying at the Borgata for our 1st anniversary. Friday night we ate at B-prime.
Seated immediately, beautiful table!
Food - tomahawk for two medium well, mashed potatoes and roasted mushrooms and creme brulee!! Bottle of Red blend for hubby and a sweet white for me
Service - Bob and Bill
From the moment we sat down, we knew we were in good hands. The service was impeccable. Our glasses were never empty. Suggestions on pairings were spot on. We were made to feel as if we were the only folks in the restaurant (of course we weren't) We never once felt rushed the entire time we were there.
Our steak = OH MY!! If you are a steak lover, you know the char on the ends is EVERYTHING! Our steak and sides came out cooked to ABSOLUTE perfection.
All in all this dining experience is a great way to start our anniversary weekend! We are looking forward to coming back again!!
Came here after an Alcohol Convention show so the restaurant was packed! They still sat us quickly and service was exceptional. Ribcap was available and highly recommend. It was perfectly cooked! Old Fashioneds made well, too!
The service was great. Tomahawk could have been better. The steak sauce they served with it made the steak taste a lot better. The sides were good.
Decent food, friendly service but we were rushed because our reservation was at 10 pm and it happened that the wanted to close at 10 pm that night, also they got our steak wrong and had to grill a new one. Didn’t like the fact that the server was arguing with us about the steak that he mistakenly wrote down, but it was all solved. The only thing that they need to pay attention to is the choice of that LOUD/ANNOYING music that doesn’t match with a tablecloth type of restaurant.
It was Valentine’s Day and me and Angelina had a great dinner served by Stev. Absolutely A+mazing service. He was not only so professional at his work but also so charming and friendly with a great character. She had filet mignon and I had ribeye ‘filet. Foods were good and service was better. Thanks Stev!
