Sonic Drive-in

Poorly maintained. Updated review... Just went a second time and was the only customer. Pulled into 2 stalls to try and order. No one would acknowledge us so I went to the drive thru and finally placed an order. The worker outside "picking up garbage" was on her phone dragging her broom oblivious that she was walking in my way and right towards me I. The drive thru. Then waited at the window for 5 minutes for 2 corn dogs that never came nore was I ever acknowledge after I ordered so I left. Never going back. The place looked so dirty.

Absolutely terrible location. I have waited to place an order and been ignored despite having folks inside, and Iv seen others show up to place an order just to be ignored, and then drive off in frustration. The icing on the cake came tonight when ordering during happy hour just to be charged full price and told I didn't order at 8 it was 7:59 despite showing them it was well passed 8 when I got to the window. This is my last visit to this location. Avoid this Sonic, its not worth the headache.

Hello, I also spent about 10 minutes waiting in the drive through waiting to order just this morning. I can tell other people ah e had this experience and there needs to be so kind of change at this establishment. People think it’s closed because no one responds to customers. I had to google it to see that it is open. Also, for a fast food restaurant they take a very long time preparing food. I’m writing this as I wait for my order on a Sunday morning with no one else here. I don’t think I’m coming back.

This place is a joke I ordered three kids meals this lady charged me for a combo meal the waitress takes my credit card after I already paid through the machine. She charge me for another kids meal they both come back out take the combo meal away that I never ordered and ask what I ordered again and she walks off with my credit card AGAIN after I said hey give me my card back ... just to take another 15 minutes for a cheeseburger kids meal and then wouldn’t give me the receipts for them which means I was charged for 4 meals and only received 3 don’t waste your money they’re all a bunch of morons that work here

Drove into the drive through. No one answered the intercom. We drove to a order station and my truck nearly took out the menue so I backed up and looked into the building . Three personnel on board and not one person sees in started to roll and some seen me. Went back into the drive through. Ordered and the fricken food was not hot or even warm .got home and reheated our meal if I wanted to cook I would of not drove to your store. . Hmmmm last time there for us

Terrible service. None of the terminals outside work properly. The drive thru is the only way to order and the 22 minute Waite to TAKE my order was ridiculous. My coney was cold and I didn't even get my onion rings. Robbed for $9. A medium shake and a footlong coney! TERRIBLE....TERRIBLE....TERRIBLE!
