Baskin-robbins

This place was the pits...4 workers and NONE of them acknowledged us when we walked in or for the 15 minutes we waited while they helped the person in front of us. Out of literally everything as well, no hot fudge, no caramel, no gold ribbon ice cream, no brownies, etc. To top it all off.. guy in a wife beater and shorts walks behind the counter and starts preparing orders??? I guess he’s a manager or owner or something idk! Just weird

Came at 8:45pm knowing they close at 9 thinking I had plenty of time until close to only get ice cream. And they told me they couldn’t because they were in the process of closing I pushed saying they were still supposed to be open. Because they were and he said fine and though I was literally the only customer came and took my order and took over 5 minutes until I said something to tell me they got my order and then. Waited another 6 minutes in the drive thru with nothing it came off as though they were trying to wait until they closed to send me away. Customer service was terrible. Literally only wanted ice cream that takes less than 5 minutes to prepare. And not to mention they got every ice cream flavor wrong. First time since moving here going to this location. Going to cold stone next time. Not coming here again. Been moving into my New apartment all day and only wanted decent sweets.

All we wanted was some ice cream but everything change after we walk in. This place is disgusting, all the tables were filthy, the floor was dirty full of things plus we had to tell a worker that there was a cockroach on the floor so she can clean it up. I don't understand how can a small place be so dirty with 3 people working there and it was not even busy. Sorry to say but I would never come back to this place.
