Chicken Express

We both got the chicken strips , biscuit, and one side. Instead of 4 strips they gave us 6. I got the slaw. I'm pretty sure it was past it's expiration date. Richard's mac and cheese was really dry. Overall the chicken was pretty blah and over cooked. It was crispy. I'll give you that. So crispy that you could naw on one of those strips like a beaver on a tree.

First of all our food was extremely dry!!!! The rolls were hard as a rock and burnt to a crisp on top! The employees could care less if there are customers at the register. Employees where taking out the trash in the kitchen while also handing customers there food. My 6 yr old little girl went to the restroom where she found one of the MALE employees using the restroom!!!! Save your money and time we will NOT be back!!!!

The chicken was okay. But let me tell you about the sides, biscuits were hard, stale, and overall bad. Mash potatoes, very poor, they were almost sour, now the fried okra seemed okay didn’t leave any bad after taste, I had to give the biscuits to my dog. Now the Mac and Cheese the drive thru team on 2-3-22 6:30pm gave me something so revolting, when I took a spoonful and put it in my mouth the taste was so vulgar and soured, I actually almost vomited, usually I would give 2nd chances, but it’s very clear the management has failed this store. I will not return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, that Mac and cheese is so disgusting it belongs in a biohazard waste basket.

Slow service and everyone was standing around. You could tell there was tension with everyone. The guy working was negative, maybe having a bad day but he was moving slow and all the girls were basically waiting on him to do his part. He walked away several times. We waited 40 minutes last night for our food. The corn nuggets were cold. The sweet tea was hot. Not a good experience.
