I said that I needed to get a sym card because I was having issues with my phone and that cricket tech told me get the card,so she told me the price and I said I will be in later. 4:20 pm I came in and she took care of me she was very friendly and patient with me And told me what sales were going on .I will be back thank you for your friendly service 😊

I came into this store about 4 months ago and bought me and my 2 boys iPhones from Cantrell and she did a excellent job with helping me pick the phones out along with the accessories unfortunately 4 months later my younger son locked his iPhone up and could not remember anything Apple customer service support gave me a very hard time on resetting his phone it was like no one could help me so I ended up going back to this store since this is the original place where I purchased the phone luckily I seen Cantrell and she was able to help me and assist me with everything I needed she emailed me my original receipt of purchase that had all of the information Apple was requesting in order to restore the phone but thanks to Cantrell I didn’t have to go through all of that she was able to help me with resetting the password for his phone and making a new one. But I say this to say that I recommend anybody and everyone to go this store and as for Cantrell she will assist you with all of your phone needs and she knows how to treat the customers she has great customer service skills along with a great attitude and is welling to help you and anyway possible. Once again thank you so much Cantrell I can’t think her enough.
