Papa Johns Pizza

I placed an order online - worst experience ever! I set it for pickup 2 hours ahead of time and paid for it in advance. When I got there to pick it up, several people were waiting for orders and the staff was making pizza - completely ignoring the customers that were there to pickup their orders. A couple folks left, with one asking if he could cancel his order. The employee just said "You can do that...that's on you" He then told me that he was making my order now - which completely defeats the purpose and convenience of ordering ahead of time. I tried to cancel my order but couldn't, since I paid for it in advance!! I eventually got my order - after everyone else - including people who arrived AFTER me - got their orders, and the quality of the food I ordered was terrible, and cold. I had to re-heat it when I got home (less than 5 minutes away) and was a disappointment. Papa John's - y'all got me for $30 - but never again. Between the terrible customer service, and the even more terrible food quality, I'll do better buying a Digiorno's pizza from the Kroger next door and heating it up at home...

I asked for a large pizza with extra sauce and light cheese. The ratio of sauce to cheese is awful. The cheese is not cooked all the way through because of the excessive amount of sauce. I called to inform the manager and she told me that, it was my fault the pizza was presented like this. I was a manager at Papa Johns and despite standard measurements a quality check would have determined that the pizza nor the cheese was fully cooked, so the ratios should have been adjusted for it to cook properly.The pizza is not edible. I am pregnant and don’t have time to explain common sense to people.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but I order food online at 8:38pm and it’s now 11:00. Nothing has been delivered! I paid online and there has been more than enough time for the food to be delivered. The store is now closed. If I had looked at the reviews I would never have ordered from this location. Please don’t order anything from this location.

The female and Male daytime management are the most awful, rudest people i have ever met in a professional setting. My pizza was delivered 2 hours late. The delivery driver went to thr gym and then left without even calling when it clearly said COME TO THE FRONT OFFICE. when i called to check on the delivery the female manager was very rude and told me to do whatver i feel i need to cuz it dont make her no never mind. the next day i spoke with ther male head store manager who runs rthe store and he was worse than the female. They finally door dashed my food to me and it was cold as ice with no condimewnts and very little toppings and ZERO apology. neveer again. WE went back to Pizza Hut asap after many years of service with this location

Ordered and PAID at 9:23pm and was given 74-84 minute wait time. Why has it been 140 minutes and no one is answering the phone?!? I offered to pick it up just minutes after placing the online order and was told that it would be going out next, 20 minutes…. However, the tracker said making. Never again. Sure hope it looks like something when it does come!!! Yep, that means I’m STILL WAITING.
